Terms of Service

Last updated September 2026

1. Who we are and what we sell

D2R Godly (“we”, “us”) operates d2rgodly.com. We sell a service: sourcing virtual items that exist inside Diablo II: Resurrected (“the Game”) and delivering them to your character by in-game trade. You are paying for our time, expertise and stock; you are not purchasing any intellectual property in the Game.

2. Not affiliated with Blizzard

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. Diablo II: Resurrected and all related names, art and assets are trademarks and copyrights of Blizzard Entertainment. Item images on this site are displayed to identify the goods and are reproduced from the Game files for that purpose only.

3. You accept the risk under the Game's EULA

Blizzard's End User License Agreement prohibits buying and selling in-game items for real money. By ordering you confirm you understand this, that you are acting on your own initiative, and that any consequence to your Game account is your responsibility. We deliver by ordinary player-to-player trade and never request or use your account credentials.

4. Realms are not transferable

Items exist on exactly one realm: a combination of platform (PC, PlayStation, Xbox, Switch), region (Americas, Europe, Asia), ladder or non-ladder, and softcore or hardcore. You select the realm before ordering and confirm it at checkout. We deliver to that realm only. Ordering for the wrong realm is not grounds for a refund after delivery; before delivery we will try to help (see Refund Policy).

5. Orders, holds and payment

  • Prices are shown in US dollars. The cryptocurrency amount is fixed when the payment page opens and is provided by our payment processor.
  • Stock is held for you when your order is created: 30 minutes for crypto, 24 hours for card. If payment is not received in that window the hold is released and the order expires. Payments that arrive after expiry are honoured if the stock is still available; otherwise we refund or offer a substitute.
  • Card payments are processed by a third-party on-ramp which converts your payment to cryptocurrency. Their identity-verification (KYC) requirements and terms apply to that step. We receive cryptocurrency and never see your card details.
  • Partial payments do not complete an order. We will hold your items and contact you to settle the difference.
  • Payment confirmation is automatic. We do not mark orders paid on the basis of screenshots.

6. Delivery

After payment confirms we queue your order. A trader creates a game on your realm and posts the game name and password on your order page and by email. You must join with a character able to hold the items (level requirements, inventory space) and accept the trade. If you do not show within 7 days we will contact you; after 30 days of no response we may treat the order as abandoned (see Refund Policy).

7. Accuracy of listings

Each stock listing shows the exact item and roll you will receive. Catalog pages show roll ranges from the Game data. We take care to be accurate; if the delivered item does not match its listing we will replace it or refund the difference.

8. Character builder and calculators

The builder and its calculator are planning tools. Damage, breakpoint and other computed figures are estimates derived from Game data and community knowledge; where a figure is approximate we label it. They are not a promise of in-game performance.

9. Prohibited use

You may not use the site for fraud, money laundering, chargeback abuse, automated scraping, or to resell items into another marketplace in a way that misrepresents their origin. See our AML & Prohibited Use policy. We may refuse or cancel any order.

10. Age

You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live, to order.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for actions taken by Blizzard against your Game account, for downtime of the Game or of payment networks, or for losses from you sharing your order or account details with others.

12. Changes

We may update these terms; the version in effect when you order applies to that order.

13. Contact
