Frequently asked questions
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within an hour during staffed hours, and always within 24 hours. Your order page shows the live status and the game name/password when a trader is ready. Card payments add the on-ramp's processing time (minutes to a couple of hours) before the order is marked paid.
I paid but my order still says waiting.
Crypto needs network confirmations — usually 5–30 minutes depending on the coin. Your order page updates automatically and we also poll the provider every 10 minutes as a backstop. If it has been longer than an hour, open a ticket with your order code and transaction hash.
It says partially paid.
Your wallet sent slightly less than the invoice amount (often because of a fee deducted by the exchange). Send the difference to the same address, or open a ticket and we will settle it manually. Your items stay held.
I picked the wrong realm.
Items cannot move between platforms, regions, ladder/non-ladder or softcore/hardcore. If you notice before delivery, open a ticket immediately — we can usually swap for the same item on the right realm if we have it in stock. After delivery, it is not possible.
How does paying by card work?
You are sent to our on-ramp partner (Guardarian, through NOWPayments), complete a short identity check required by regulation, and pay by Visa or Mastercard. They convert your payment to crypto and settle with us; we never see your card details. Your items are held for 24 hours to give this time to complete.
Is this safe for my account?
We never ask for your login, never join your account, and trade with you face to face in a game. Trading items is a normal in-game action. That said, buying items is against Blizzard's EULA and you accept that risk — see our Terms.
Will I get exactly the item shown?
Yes. Each listing is a specific item with its exact roll — hover any card for the full tooltip. What you see is what gets traded. Catalog pages show roll ranges; listings show the real roll.
How does the character builder work?
Pick a class and level, equip items from the whole database, place charms, set up your mercenary. Slots show whether the item is in stock on your realm. “Buy this build” puts every available item in your cart at once; anything missing becomes a sourcing request we quote for you.
Can I get a refund?
Before delivery: yes, in crypto, minus network fees. After delivery: no, because virtual goods cannot be returned — but if what you received does not match the listing we replace it or refund. Full details in the Refund Policy.
Do you deliver on hardcore?
Yes. Select hardcore in the realm picker to see hardcore stock. Stock is separate per mode.
