Our position

We sell a legitimate service — sourcing and delivering in-game items — priced in US dollars and settled in cryptocurrency. We do not operate an exchange, do not hold customer funds, and do not offer refunds to a different wallet or currency than the one used to pay, except at our discretion and minus fees.

Controls we apply

• Every payment is processed by a regulated third-party (NOWPayments; Guardarian for card on-ramp). Card buyers complete identity verification with the on-ramp before funds are released.
• Orders are limited in size and frequency per email and IP address; unusually large or rapid orders are reviewed manually before delivery.
• We keep transaction records (order, amount, coin, transaction status, timestamps) as required by law and provide them to competent authorities on lawful request.
• We do not accept payments from, or deliver to, persons or jurisdictions subject to sanctions we are required to observe.

Prohibited use

You may not use this site to:

• launder money, structure payments, or use funds derived from crime;
• pay with cryptocurrency you do not own or control;
• commit chargeback or refund fraud;
• scrape, replay or automate purchases, or attack the site or its providers;
• harass staff or other customers;
• misrepresent your identity or age.

Consequences

We may cancel orders, withhold delivery pending review, refuse service permanently and report activity to processors and authorities.
